Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing times may take a bit longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Free on orders over $100

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.


Domestic Shipping
We ship to all U.S. states and territories. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your selection at checkout.


International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing, please contact us at brightstonejewelers@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your order.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We’ll gladly assist with information if needed.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after your order has been processed. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship your item.


Damaged Packages or Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at brightstonejewelers@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the package and item so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
